Present: Yvette Brinkley, Ron Haggett, Steve Ullman, and Margie Warner, and Kathy Chisholm, Library Director
Ron moved and Yvette seconded adoption of the proposed agenda. Adopted unanimously.
Yvette moved and Ron seconded election of the following officers for the 2015-2016 Library year: Margie Warner, Chair, Ron Haggett, Treasurer, and Steve Ullman, Secretary. Adopted unanimously.
Ron moved and Yvette seconded adoption of the draft Minutes from the March 9, 2015.
Ron reported on progress in installing the new computer server and the thermostats and lighting. Ron submitted the Treasurer’s Reports. Adopted unanimously.
Kathy submitted the Library Director’s report.
Kathy informed the Trustees that Lynne Lawrence has resigned. Kathy will seek a replacement for Lynne. The Trustees will very much miss Lynne’s superb contributions to Library programs.
Steve moved and Ron seconded a motion to adjourn. Adopted unanimously.
